I Feel Beautiful!

I. Feel. Beautiful. Just over a year ago I wouldn't have believed I would say those words about myself. I started working with Kelsey a weak, jiggly mess that didn't even know how to run!

Kelsey treated me with respect, and with her patience, determination and encouragement I am strong, firm, fit and beautiful!

Fantastic Mentor

Motivating, tough and worth it describe Kelsey’s training abilities. She has pushed me from the very beginning to get the results I have wanted. Always watching over you, developing you both physically and mentally to be able to accept the challenge but also making sure the fitness level is at your ability level and cognisant of injury.

I enjoy each session with Kelsey as she takes the time to go through each exercise so you do it properly! She is a fantastic mentor!

Great Program

Thank you for running a great program. Your bootcamp was far better thantithes 6 week programs i have tried. The balance between cardio and strength training was healthy. I actually came out of this bootcamp with way more fitness than ever before and I just had a baby!

Stronger and Healthier

About a year ago I was invited by a friend to try Kelsey's bootcamp, and what I thought was going to be a waste of time turned out to be an eye opening experience. I wasn't in terrible shape when I started but knew there was more I could be doing to add to my running and gym workouts. Kelsey pushes me past my comfort level, and really works on and listens to what the client is looking for. This is not only a career for Kelsey, but a lifestyle also. I really enjoy knowing that when I leave bootcamp or a PT session that I will have done something I couldn't have done on my own. I feel stronger and healthier.

Best Bootcamp

I have been to many bootcamps and have had many personal trainers, but none of them have motivated me and pushed me like Kelsey has!

Her bootcamps cater to all fitness levels, and I guarantee that every person leaves having an incredible workout! Her drive, her sense of humor, her motivation and her incredible workouts (that change every day) make me never want to miss bootcamp!

Having personal training sessions with Kelsey has helped me to get into the best overall shape I've ever been in. She is so aware of my fitness level, and she makes every workout a challenge. She has also taught me a lot about techniques and how to schedule my workouts; something no trainer has taught me before. I am so thankful to Kelsey for being as invested in my fitness as I am!

Kelsey's boot camp was amazing! We did something new everyday and the exercises were all ones that could be done by anyone at any fitness level. Kelsey always demonstrated every excerise so we avoided injury.

Kelsey's spunk and great sense of humor keeps you motivated the entire time. Best boot camp or fitness class that I have ever been too! Would reccommend it to anyone...try it you'll want to go back for more.
