Drop In OCR Spring Schedule

Alberta Fitness OCR classes are rescheduled to start April 29th 10-11:30 Bellerose High School back field

Are you ready to climb, swing, jump, crawl, push and carry? Join us for drop in OCR classes and get race ready! Build your endurance and gain the strength and skill needed to conquer the obstacles. Practice on our brand new RIG with 16 foot rope climb, climb over high and inverted walls, flip big tires and so much more!

Spartan SGX Group Training classes

Group Fitness – Tuesday and Thursday 5:45-6:45am
Group fitness – Mondays 6:30-7:30pm (punch pass drop in)
OCR – Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm (punch pass drop in)
OCR – Saturday 10:00-11:30 am (punch pass drop in)
